I offer personalized one-to-one counseling services, available online, face-to-face, or in a blended format, in both English and Spanish.
I work with adults and young adults who are facing a variety of concerns, including relationship issues, difficulties with work-life balance, feelings of not belonging or not fitting in, life transitions, identity issues, anxiety, and depression.
My practice is informed by gender and cultural considerations, and I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My one-to-one approach provides you with the space you need to express your concerns and navigate “unwanted” feelings and emotional states such as anxiety, stress, anger, and depression.
