ABOUT ME

Hi all! Now in my fifties, I have been awarded the BSc (Hons) in Counselling &Psychotherapy. I am originally from San Sebastian  Basque Country  Spain. I came to Killarney when I was thirty-six. It turned out that it was the best decision I made in my life which took another direction that led to where I am now. I met a local guy now my husband. We went on a motorbike trip around North and South America where we found out I was pregnant. I was 39 when we had our first child. I got married at 43. Just a couple of months after my 44th birthday our second child was born. I have always been involved in customer care services but my professional career has taken another direction. I have really enjoyed dealing with people in the different jobs I have had but I always felt I wanted to help people in a more personal, emotional way. In 2013 I began my personal and professional journey with PCI College in Cork and after 5 years of both challenging and a very rewarding experience I am practising what I have always wanted to do, helping people.
